Speech 2

After reading the speech outline, I believe this speech is going to be proposing how to fix a problem. This problem can be anything such as parking at the university. After we introduce the problem, we are going to start talking about how we can start to resolve the issue. Instead of saying many different types of solutions, talk about the main argument for how to change the problem. The argument for change we propose has to has strong evidence. One question I have is should the visual have some sort of statistics?
